Your curtains are carefully taken down and cleaned at our fully equipped in-house facility, guaranteeing consistent quality and a faster turnaround. Once cleaned, we will re-install them for you, hassle-free.

Standard turnaround: 3 days

Same-day service: Available for urgent needs. Arrange collection before 12 noon and your curtains will be returned the same day (express charges apply).

Temporary curtains: Available for rental at $40 per pair while yours are being cleaned.

Every curtain goes through our 6-step in-factory process:

1. Pre-wash inspection
2. Deep cleaning: Embedded dirt and stains are removed using a slow tumble cycle at high temperatures in our digitally controlled ItalClean machine.
3. Spot treatment (where needed).
4. Steaming to straighten fabric and smooth out creases.
5. Folding
6. Packing

2. On-Site Curtain Steam Cleaning

Prefer not to take your curtains down? We offer same-day on-site steam cleaning using an industrial high-temperature machine that removes dust and odours and refreshes your curtains - no removal needed, minimal disruption, reliable results.

This method is also ideal for roman blinds, which are particularly susceptible to damage during dismantling.

It's also a practical solution for end-of-tenancy cleaning, where curtains must be cleaned as required by the tenancy agreement.

We also provide high ceiling curtain cleaning for homes, condos, schools, function halls, and commercial spaces with tall or hard-to-reach curtains. We provide the necessary scaffolding and professional equipment to safely access and clean curtains at height without the need for dismantling. For added safety and assurance, our crew are certified for height work and trained to follow strict safety procedures.

Should You Dry Clean or Steam Clean Your Dirty Curtains?

Curtains are taken down and dry cleaned in our factory to remove deeply embedded dust, dirt, and stains. We recommend dry cleaning for heavily soiled curtains.	Steam cleaning is an effective way to refresh curtains without dismantling them. High-temperature steam penetrates deep into the fabric to remove stains, dust, dirt, and unpleasant odours.

Free Curtain Repairs

As part of our curtain cleaning service, we include minor curtain repairs at no extra charge:

• Curtain rails, hooks and tracks: If any curtain associated fittings require repair our crew will attend to them promptly on-site where possible.
• Curtains in poor condition or requiring alterations: If there are any minor torn, we will stitch and repair them restore both functionality and appearance.
• Transparent pricing: For major repairs a clear quotation will be provided for your approval before any major repair work is carried out.
